Summary

Retrieves activity records from LLW CRM (GET /activities), either all pages or up to a set limit, with optional field selection and sorting.

Inputs

• Return All — When true, follows pagination page by page until no more pages remain and returns every activity. Default false.
• Limit — Maximum number of activities to return (1–250, default 50). Shown only when Return All is off. Sent to the API as per_page, so it fetches a single page of that size.
• Additional Fields > Fields — Comma-separated list of fields to return. Passed to the API as the fields query parameter.
• Additional Fields > Sort By — Field name to sort by. Passed as the order_by query parameter.
• Additional Fields > Sort Direction — Ascending (asc) or Descending (desc). Passed as order_dir. Default asc.

Output shape

One n8n item per activity record, each with the activity JSON as returned by the CRM API. Each item is paired to the input item that produced it.

With Return All, pages are fetched until the API reports no further page, and the page size is the API default. Without it, only one page of up to Limit records is returned. The operation runs once per input item, so multiple input items produce repeated queries and combined output. With Continue On Fail enabled, an error produces an item with an error message instead of stopping the workflow. The node has no filter parameters for this operation beyond fields and sorting.

Examples

Example 1: Pull the 20 most recently due activities

Return All off, Limit 20, Sort By 'due_date', Sort Direction Descending.

Example 2: Export every activity for reporting

Return All on; optionally set Fields to 'id,title,due_date,is_completed' to reduce payload.
