Summary

Searches LLW CRM notes by a free-text query via GET /notes/search, returning matching notes either up to a limit or all pages.

Inputs

• Search Query (required) — Text sent to the API as the q query parameter.
• Return All — If true, automatically paginates (page=1,2,…) until the API reports no more pages and returns every match. Default false.
• Limit — Shown when Return All is off. Sent as per_page; 1–250, default 50. Only a single page is fetched.
• Additional Fields — Optional collection merged into the query string: Fields (comma-separated fields to return), Sort By (order_by), Sort Direction (order_dir, asc or desc).

Output shape

One output item per matching note (the note JSON object as returned by the CRM), each paired to its input item.

Without Return All, only the first page (up to Limit) is returned, using the response's data array if present. Runs once per input item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are emitted as an item with an error message. Requires LLW CRM API credentials (domain and API token).

Examples

Example 1: Find notes mentioning a keyword, newest first

Search Query: 'renewal'; Return All off; Limit 20; Additional Fields: Sort By 'created_at', Sort Direction 'Descending'.

Example 2: Export every note matching a query

Search Query: 'invoice'; Return All on.
