Summary

Retrieves document types from LLW CRM (GET /document-types), either every record via automatic pagination or up to a set limit, with optional field selection and sorting.

Inputs

• Return All — When true, pages through the API (page=1,2,… using the API's default page size) until no more pages remain. Default false.
• Limit — Shown when Return All is false. Max results (1–250, default 50), sent as per_page in a single request.
• Additional Fields — Optional collection passed directly as query-string parameters: Fields (comma-separated fields to return, sent as 'fields'), Sort By (order_by), and Sort Direction (order_dir: asc or desc, default asc).

Output shape

One n8n output item per document type record, each item's JSON being the record as returned by the CRM API (typically including id and name), paired to the input item that produced it.

Runs once per input item, so multiple input items repeat the request and produce combined results. With Limit, only a single page is fetched, and the response's data array is used if present. If Continue On Fail is enabled, errors are emitted as an item with an 'error' message instead of stopping the workflow. Requires the llwCrmApi credential (domain and API token).

Example 1: List all document types to map names to IDs for later document creation

Resource: Document Type, Operation: Get All, Return All: true

Example 2: Fetch the 10 most recently named document types sorted descending

Return All: false, Limit: 10, Additional Fields: Sort By = name, Sort Direction = Descending

Example 3: Return only IDs and names

Return All: true, Additional Fields: Fields = id,name
