Summary

Search documents in the LLW CRM system using a query string, optionally returning all matching results or limiting the number returned with additional sorting and field selection options.

Inputs

• Limit — The maximum number of search results to return if 'Return All' is false (1-250).

Output shape

a list of document records matching the search query, each represented as a JSON object

If 'Return All' is true, all matching documents are returned using pagination. If false, up to 'Limit' results are returned. The response includes selected fields as specified and respects sorting options if provided.

Examples

Example 1: Search for documents containing 'contract' in LLW CRM, returning up to 50 results sorted by title ascending.

Set Resource to Document, Operation to Search, Search Query to 'contract', Return All to false, Limit to 50, Additional Fields with Sort By 'title' and Sort Direction 'Ascending'.
