Summary

Retrieves contacts from the LLW CRM (Concord CRM) API via GET /contacts, either all of them via automatic pagination or up to a set limit, with optional field selection and sorting.

Inputs

• Return All — When true, follows pagination (page=1,2,…) until no more pages and returns every contact. Default false.
• Limit — Shown only when Return All is false. Sent as per_page; 1–250, default 50. Only a single page is fetched.
• Additional Fields — Optional collection passed straight through as query-string parameters: Fields (comma-separated list of fields to return, sent as 'fields'), Sort By (sent as 'order_by'), and Sort Direction (sent as 'order_dir': asc or desc, default asc).

Output shape

One output item per contact record, each with the contact's JSON as returned by the API, paired to the input item that triggered it.

Runs once per input item, so multiple input items repeat the request and return duplicate results. With Return All off, only the first page (up to Limit) is returned. If the API responds with a paginated wrapper, the 'data' array is unwrapped. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are emitted as an item with an 'error' message instead of stopping the workflow. Requires the llwCrmApi credential (domain and API token).

Examples

Example 1: Export all contacts sorted by last name

Return All = true; Additional Fields: Sort By = last_name, Sort Direction = Ascending.

Example 2: Fetch the 10 most recently created contacts

Return All = false; Limit = 10; Sort By = created_at, Sort Direction = Descending.

Example 3: Pull only names and emails for a mailing list

Return All = true; Additional Fields: Fields = first_name,last_name,email.
