Summary

Selectable for the Product resource in the UI, but the node's execute code only implements Update or Create for the Contact resource. For Product, the operation runs no request and returns an item with an empty or undefined json payload.

Inputs

• Resource / Operation (required) — Resource must be Product and operation Update or Create. No operation-specific properties are declared for this combination, so no product fields (name, unit price, SKU, etc.) are shown for it.

Output shape

One output item per input item, with json set to the undefined response data (effectively empty). No API call is made.

The execute branch for updateOrCreate is guarded by resource === 'contact'. A Product item matches no branch, so responseData stays undefined. Nothing is created or updated in the CRM. Use the separate Create operation (fields shown) or Update operation (resource ID plus Fields to Update) for products, or Search to check for an existing product first. With Continue On Fail enabled, any error is returned as an item with an error message.

Examples

Example 1: Upsert a product by SKU

Not supported for Product. Instead, use Product > Search with the SKU as the query, then branch with an IF node to either Product > Update (resource ID plus Fields to Update) or Product > Create.
