Summary

Updates an existing industry record in LLW CRM by ID, sending the chosen field/value pairs in a PUT request to /industries/{id}.

Inputs

• ID (required) — ID of the industry record to update (resourceId). It is appended to the /industries path.
• Fields to Update — Repeatable list of Field Name / Field Value pairs. The only selectable field is 'name'. Pairs with an empty value are skipped. Each value is parsed as JSON when possible and otherwise sent as a plain string. So a name like 123 or true is sent as a number or boolean, not as text.

Output shape

A single item per input item. Its json is the API's response for the updated industry record.

The response is passed through as returned, with no reshaping. If no fields are added or all values are empty, an empty body is still sent in the PUT. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors become an item with an 'error' message. Otherwise the node throws.

Examples

Example 1: Rename an industry from 'Finance' to 'Financial Services'.

ID = 12; Fields to Update: add one field with Field Name = name, Field Value = Financial Services.
