Summary

Creates a new call outcome record in LLW CRM (Concord CRM) by POSTing its name to the /call-outcomes endpoint.

Inputs

• name (required) — Name of the call outcome (for example, a label that can later be chosen when logging a call). Sent as name in the request body. Empty values are omitted from the body.

Output shape

One item per input item, containing the JSON response from the LLW CRM API for the newly created call outcome (typically the record with its id and name).

Each output item is paired with its input item. If 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, a failed item returns {error: message} instead of stopping the workflow. The exact response fields depend on the API; the node returns the response unchanged. Requires the llwCrmApi credential (domain and API token).
