Summary

Retrieves a single call record from LLW CRM (Concord CRM) by its ID, via a GET request to /calls/{id}.

Inputs

• resourceId (required) — The ID of the call record to retrieve. It is appended to the /calls endpoint path.

Output shape

One output item per input item. Its json is the call record exactly as the LLW CRM API returns it.

The API response is passed through unchanged. If the API wraps the record in a data envelope, that wrapper stays in the output. If the ID doesn't exist or the request fails, the node throws an API error. With Continue On Fail enabled, it returns an item with an error message instead. Each output item is paired to its input item.

Example 1: Fetch a specific call by a fixed ID
