Summary

Retrieves a single soft-deleted (trashed) record from LLW CRM by its ID, for a chosen record type such as contacts, deals or companies.

Inputs

• Resource Type (required) — The kind of trashed record to look up: Activities, Calls, Companies, Contacts, Deals, Documents, Notes or Products. Defaults to Contacts. It sets the API path segment.
• Record ID (required) — The ID of the trashed record to retrieve.

Output shape

One output item per input item. Its json is the API response for the trashed record, with pairedItem linked to the input item.

The response is returned as the API sent it, with no unwrapping. The node sends GET /{resourceType}/trashed/{recordId} using the credential's domain and bearer API token. If the request fails, the node throws an error. With Continue On Fail enabled, it returns an item with an error message instead.

Example 1: Inspect a deleted contact before deciding whether to restore it.
