Summary

Creates a new user in LLW CRM (Concord CRM) by sending a POST request to the /users endpoint with the name, email, and optional password and timezone.

Inputs

• name (required) — Name of the user.
• email (required) — Email address of the user.
• password — Password for the new user. It is sent only if not empty.
• timezone — Timezone for the user, e.g. America/New_York. It is sent only if not empty.

Output shape

One item per input item, containing the JSON response from the CRM API for the created user. If the API wraps the record in a data key, that wrapper is kept as returned.

Empty fields are omitted from the request body. Requests authenticate with the llwCrmApi credential (domain plus bearer API token). If a request fails and Continue On Fail is enabled, the item contains an error message instead. Otherwise the node throws. The operation does not create any associations. The Manage Associations option is not shown for the user resource.

Examples

Example 1: Provision a CRM account for a new hire

Resource: User, Operation: Create. Set Name and Email from the incoming item, set Password, and set Timezone to Europe/London.

Example 2: Create a user without a password

Set only Name and Email, and leave Password and Timezone empty so they are left out of the request.
