Summary

Searches LLW CRM activities by a free-text query via GET /activities/search, returning matching activity records either up to a limit or all pages.

Inputs

• Search Query (required) — Free-text string sent as the q query parameter to the activities search endpoint.
• Return All — If true, automatically paginates through all result pages (page=1,2,… using the API's default page size). Default false.
• Limit — Shown when Return All is false. Max results, sent as per_page (1–250, default 50). Only a single page is requested.
• Additional Fields — Optional extras added to the query string: Fields (comma-separated list of fields to return), Sort By (order_by), and Sort Direction (order_dir, asc or desc).

Output shape

One n8n item per matching activity record, each paired to the input item that triggered it.

With Limit, only the first page is returned (the data array of the response if present). With Return All, items from all pages are combined. An empty result set produces no output items. If Continue On Fail is enabled, a failure yields an item with an error message instead. The operation runs once per input item.

Example 1: Find activities mentioning 'demo' and get the first 20
