Summary

Lists comments attached to a single CRM record (contact, company, deal, etc.) by calling GET /{resourceType}/{resourceId}/comments on the LLW CRM API, either all pages or up to a limit.

Inputs

• commentResourceType (required) — Type of record whose comments to list: activities, calls, companies, contacts, deals, documents, or notes. Default is contacts.
• commentResourceId (required) — ID of the record whose comments to list.
• returnAll — If true, automatically paginates through every page of results. Default false.
• limit — Max results (1–250, default 50) when Return All is off. Sent as the per_page query parameter, and only a single page is fetched.
• additionalFields — Optional query parameters passed to the API: Fields (comma-separated fields to return), Sort By (order_by), and Sort Direction (order_dir, asc or desc).

Output shape

One output item per comment, each carrying the comment object returned by the API as its JSON. Each item is paired to the input item that produced it.

With Return All off, the node uses the response's data array if present, otherwise the raw response. With Return All on, it follows pagination via meta.next_page_url or current_page/last_page. If the API returns a single non-array object, it is emitted as one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are emitted as an item with an error message instead of stopping the workflow.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch every comment on a specific deal

Resource Type = Deals, Resource ID = 123, Return All = true

Example 2: Get the 10 most recent comments on a contact

Resource Type = Contacts, Resource ID from an expression, Return All = false, Limit = 10, Additional Fields: Sort By = created_at, Sort Direction = Descending (the field name is an assumption about the API)
