Summary

Searches LLW CRM companies by a free-text query via GET /companies/search, returning matching company records as one n8n item each.

Inputs

• Search Query (required) — Free-text string sent to the API as the q query parameter.
• Return All — If true, automatically paginates (page=1,2,…) until the API reports no more pages and returns every match. Default false.
• Limit — Shown when Return All is off. Max results (1–250, default 50), sent as per_page. Only a single page is requested.
• Additional Fields — Optional collection passed through as query parameters: Fields (comma-separated list of fields to return), Sort By (order_by), and Sort Direction (order_dir, asc or desc).

Output shape

A list of company records, emitted as one n8n item per match for each input item (paired to the input item).

Each input item triggers its own search. With Limit, only the first page is returned (the data array of the response, or the raw response if no data key). Record fields depend on the CRM API and on the Fields option. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors become an item with an error message. Auth uses the llwCrmApi credential (domain and API token as Bearer).

Examples

Example 1: Find companies matching a name typed by a user

Search Query = "Acme", Return All off, Limit = 10.

Example 2: Export all matching companies sorted by name

Search Query = "tech", Return All on, Additional Fields: Sort By = name, Sort Direction = Ascending.

Example 3: Look up a company dynamically from upstream data

Search Query = {{$json.companyName}}, Limit = 1, Additional Fields: Fields = id,name,domain.
