Summary

Declared for Company in LLW CRM, but the execute code only implements Update or Create for contacts. For a company item it makes no API call and passes through an empty result, and the association options have no effect.

Inputs

• Manage Associations — Boolean, default false. Shown for Company Update or Create. Reveals the association options below. The source never reads it for companies.
• Association Operation — Attach, Detach or Sync (default Attach). Shown only when Manage Associations is on. Not used by company Update or Create at runtime.
• Associations — JSON of related IDs, for example {"companies":[1,2],"contacts":[1,2]}. Shown only when Manage Associations is on. Not used by company Update or Create at runtime.

Output shape

No usable CRM data. The updateOrCreate branch is gated on resource === 'contact', so for a company no branch runs and responseData stays undefined. The node then emits one item per input whose json is undefined (likely empty), paired to the input item.

No search, create, update or association request is sent to the CRM for companies. The company field definitions (name, email, domain, phones, industry, source, user, employees) are not generated for the updateOrCreate operation, and there is no search-by field for companies. Use the Company Create or Update operations instead, or search first and then branch in the workflow. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as an error message in the item.

Example 1: Attempting to upsert a company by name

Resource Company, Operation Update or Create, Manage Associations on. Not recommended: the node does not perform an upsert for companies. Use Search plus Create or Update instead.
