Summary

Search deal records in LLW CRM matching a given query string, with options to limit results or return all matches, and to specify returned fields and sorting order.

Inputs

• Search Query (required) — The search query string used to find matching deal records.
• Return All — Whether to return all matching results or limit the number returned.
• Limit — Maximum number of deal records to return when Return All is false (up to 250).
• Additional Fields — Options to specify a comma-separated list of fields to include in the response, and sorting order including field to sort by and direction (ascending/descending).

Output shape

a list of deal records matching the search query

If Return All is true, the operation returns all matched deals using pagination transparently. Otherwise, it returns up to the specified Limit. The response includes only the requested fields if specified. Errors are returned as part of workflow error handling.

Example 1: Search deals with query 'New client' limiting results to 10 sorted by amount descending

Set Search Query to 'New client', Return All to false, Limit to 10, Additional Fields specify 'fields' with comma-separated deal fields, 'order_by' to 'amount', 'order_dir' to 'desc'.
