Summary

Lists soft-deleted (trashed) records of a chosen type from LLW CRM by calling GET /{resourceType}/trashed, either all pages or up to a limit.

Inputs

• Resource Type (required) — Which kind of trashed record to list: activities, calls, companies, contacts (default), deals, documents, notes, or products.
• Return All — If true, automatically paginates through every page (page=1,2,… until the API reports no more) and returns all trashed records. Default false.
• Limit — Shown when Return All is off. Max results (1–250, default 50), sent as per_page; only a single page/request is made.
• Additional Fields — Optional collection passed straight through as query string parameters: Fields (comma-separated list of fields to return), Sort By (order_by), and Sort Direction (order_dir, asc or desc).

Output shape

One n8n output item per trashed record, each with the record's JSON as returned by the CRM API, paired to the input item.

With Return All off, only one request is made, so the result is capped at the limit (a single page). With Return All on, no per_page is sent and the API's default page size is used. If the response has no data array, the raw response is returned as-is. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are emitted as an item containing an error message. The operation runs once per input item.

Examples

Example 1: Review recently deleted contacts, newest first

Resource Type = Contacts, Return All off, Limit 50, Additional Fields: Sort By = deleted_at, Sort Direction = Descending (the sort field name must be valid in the CRM API).

Example 2: Export every trashed deal for an audit

Resource Type = Deals, Return All = true, Additional Fields: Fields = id,name.
