Summary

Retrieves a paginated list of Zoho Cliq media session recordings with optional filtering by type, participants, and time range.

Inputs

• additionalFields.filter — History filter option (e.g., live, missed, dialled). missed, received, and dialled are valid only when Type is exactly direct_call.
• additionalFields.from — Lower-bound Unix timestamp in milliseconds. Only sessions on/after this value are returned.
• additionalFields.hostId — Host user ID filter (digits only).
• additionalFields.lastModified — Unix timestamp in milliseconds for incremental sync. Returns sessions modified after this time.
• additionalFields.limit — Max number of results to return (default 50, max 100).
• additionalFields.nextToken — Opaque pagination token from a previous response. Must be used alone without other filters.
• additionalFields.recipientId — Recipient user ID filter (digits only).
• additionalFields.recipientIds — Comma-separated recipient user IDs (digits only per ID; duplicates are removed).
• additionalFields.search — Case-insensitive call title search text.
• additionalFields.syncToken — Opaque sync token from a previous response. Must be used alone without other filters.
• additionalFields.to — Upper-bound Unix timestamp in milliseconds. Only sessions on/before this value are returned.
• additionalFields.type — Media session types (e.g., direct_call, video_conference, audio_conference). all and direct_call cannot be combined with any other type.
• enableAiErrorMode — Whether to return errors as output items instead of stopping execution.
• simplify — Whether to return a simplified version of the response instead of the raw data.
• simplifyFields — The fields to include in the output. The record ID is always included.

Output shape

A list of items (one per recording session) containing the selected fields.

Supports pagination via nextToken or syncToken. Requires ZohoCliq.MediaSession.READ scope. Use simplify to unwrap the response so each record is its own output item.

Example 1: List recent video conference recordings for the authenticated user

Type = video_conference, limit = 20, simplify = true

Example 2: Fetch missed direct call recordings for a specific recipient

Type = direct_call, additionalFields.filter = missed, additionalFields.recipientIds = 12345

Example 3: Retrieve recordings modified after a specific timestamp

additionalFields.lastModified = 1715689200000, additionalFields.to = 1715775600000
