Summary

List all threads from a specified Zoho Cliq channel applying optional filters and pagination, returning either simplified or raw thread data.

Inputs

• Channel (required) — The channel to list threads from, selectable by list or by ID.
• Enable AI Error Mode — Whether to return errors as output items instead of stopping execution, useful for AI Tool recovery.
• Additional Fields — Optional parameters including Limit (max results, 1-100, default 50), Next Token for pagination, State filter (All, Followed, Not Followed), Sync Token to fetch changes since last sync, and Type filter (None/Open/Closed).
• Simplify — Whether to return a simplified version of the API response instead of raw data. Defaults to true.
• Simplify Mode — Controls output formatting when Simplify is true: 'simplified' (default), 'raw', or 'selectedFields' to include specific output fields.
• Output Fields — When Simplify Mode is 'selectedFields', choose which fields to include such as Chat ID, Title, Thread State, and others.

Output shape

a list of thread objects representing threads in the specified channel

Supports pagination via 'Next Token' and incremental sync with 'Sync Token'. Output can be simplified or raw. Requires ZohoCliq.Chats.READ scope for API access.
