Summary

Submit a pending organization-level channel for approval in Zoho Cliq.

Inputs

• Channel (required) — Select a channel from the list or specify a Channel ID using an expression. Only pending organization-level channels are eligible.
• Enable AI Error Mode — Whether to return errors as output items instead of stopping execution. Recommended for AI Tool runs.
• Enable Enhanced Output — Whether to return workflow-friendly success metadata. Disable to return Cliq's standard response (typically empty for success).

Output shape

One item per input channel, containing success metadata if 'Enable Enhanced Output' is true, otherwise typically empty.

Requires the ZohoCliq.Channels.UPDATE scope. Newly created channels with status 'created' do not require approval.

Examples

Example 1: Approve a specific pending channel

Channel: Select 'Marketing-Requests' from the list; Enhanced Output: enabled.

Example 2: Process multiple pending channels

Channel: Select multiple channels; AI Error Mode: enabled to continue on failures.
