Summary

Create a new user-field schema definition in Zoho Cliq with customizable field properties and configuration modes.

Inputs

• Enable AI Error Mode — Option to return errors as output items instead of stopping execution, suitable for AI Tool workflows.
• Input Mode (required) — Choose how to provide the user field schema: structured fields, agent/tool mode, or raw JSON.
• Name (required) — The display name for the user-field schema definition (max 30 characters).
• Type (required) — Field type for the schema, options include text field, number, URL, date picker, or drop down.
• Mandatory — Flag indicating if the field is required in user profiles.
• Encrypted — Flag indicating if the field values should be stored encrypted.
• Edit Permission — Flag indicating if end users can edit their own values for this field.
• Dropdown Options — Comma-separated labels for options when the field type is drop down.
• Field Definition (JSON) (required) — Raw JSON schema payload defining the user field, used when Input Mode is set to raw.
• Simplify — Whether to simplify the output response of the created user field.
• Simplify Mode — Mode of simplification for output: simplified, raw, or selected fields.
• Output Fields — Specific fields to include in the output when using selected fields simplification mode.

Output format depends on Simplify and Simplify Mode options. Requires ZohoCliq.UserFields.CREATE scope. In AI error mode, the node prechecks the 10 custom field limit before creating.
