Summary

Retrieves a list of Zoho Cliq chats, optionally filtering by draft status or last modified date and limiting results.

Inputs

• Limit — Maximum number of chats to return. Defaults to 50 (range: 1-100).
• Modified After — Epoch timestamp (milliseconds) to filter chats modified after this time. Use 0 to omit.
• Modified Before — Epoch timestamp (milliseconds) to filter chats modified before this time. Use 0 to omit.
• Drafts — If true, returns only chats containing drafts. If false, omits this filter.
• Simplify — Returns a simplified version of the response instead of raw data (default: true).
• Simplify Mode — Simplified mode. 'Simplified' unwraps records into items; 'Raw' returns full API data; 'Selected Fields' allows custom field selection.
• Output Fields — Fields to include in the output when using 'Selected Fields' mode (default: chat_id).
• Enable AI Error Mode — Returns errors as output items instead of stopping execution (recommended for AI Tool runs).

Output shape

A list of chat records, each as a separate output item (in Simplified mode) or a raw array (in Raw mode).

Includes the record ID by default. Supports pagination via the Simplified mode (unwraps array).

Examples

Example 1: List recent chats modified in the last 24 hours (86400000 ms).

Modified After: 1710000000000

Example 2: Get the first 10 chats containing drafts.

Limit: 10, Drafts: true

Example 3: Return only the chat ID and last modified time for all chats.

Simplify: true, Simplify Mode: selectedFields, Output Fields: chat_id, last_modified_time
