Summary

List Zoho Cliq departments using optional filters, pagination, and output simplification to retrieve department details from the Zoho Cliq API.

Inputs

• Enable AI Error Mode — Set to true to return errors as output items to continue workflow execution on API errors, useful for AI Tool runs.
• Additional Fields — Optional parameters including 'Limit' to cap the maximum number of results (1-100), 'Next Token' for pagination to fetch the next page of results, and 'Search' to filter departments by name.
• Simplify — If true, returns a simplified response suitable for workflow usage rather than raw API data.
• Simplify Mode — Specifies the output formatting mode when Simplify is enabled: 'Simplified', 'Raw', or 'Selected Fields'.
• Output Fields — When 'Simplify Mode' is set to 'Selected Fields', selects which department fields to include in the output (ID is always included).

Supports pagination via 'Next Token'. The output can be raw full API response data or a simplified list of department objects depending on the input parameters. Errors may optionally be output as items if AI Error Mode is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: List the first 50 departments with simplified output

Set 'Limit' to 50 and enable 'Simplify' with default 'Simplify Mode'. Returns an array of department objects each containing standard fields like ID and Name.

Example 2: Retrieve the next page of department listings using a pagination token

Set 'Next Token' to the value received from a prior response's 'next_token' field to fetch subsequent results.
