Summary

Fetches all reactions for a specific Zoho Cliq message identified by Chat ID and Message ID, optionally including enhanced metadata in the output and supporting an AI error mode to allow continuation on API errors.

Inputs

• Chat ID (required) — The Chat ID that contains the message (distinct from Channel or Thread ID). Required to identify the conversation context for the message.
• Message ID (required) — The exact Zoho Cliq message ID whose reactions are to be retrieved. Must match the ID from message retrieval or posting responses.
• Include Enhanced Output — Boolean flag to include workflow-friendly success metadata such as 'chat_id' and 'message_id' along with the reaction data. Defaults to true.
• Enable AI Error Mode — Boolean flag to return errors as output items (continue-on-fail style) instead of failing execution. Recommended for AI-related workflows.

Output shape

a single output containing the reactions data for the message, optionally combined with enhanced metadata for easier workflow processing

If 'Include Enhanced Output' is enabled (default true), the response includes additional metadata like 'chat_id' and 'message_id'. When 'Enable AI Error Mode' is true, errors do not stop execution but are output as recoverable error items, enabling graceful recovery in AI tool runs. Requires the scope 'ZohoCliq.messageactions.READ' for API access.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve all reactions to a specific message within a chat flow

Specify the Chat ID and Message ID for the target message. Optionally disable enhanced output if only raw API response is desired. Enable AI Error Mode if continuing the workflow despite API errors is needed.
