Summary

Retrieves a list of members belonging to a specified Zoho Cliq channel.

Inputs

• enableAiErrorMode — Whether to return errors as output items instead of stopping execution (recommended for AI Tool runs).
• channelId (required) — The channel to query. Can be selected from a list or specified using a Channel ID (e.g., CT_2230642524712404875_64396981).

Output shape

A list of items, each representing a channel member with standard fields and a 'data' object containing the raw API response.

Requires the ZohoCliq.Channels.READ scope.

Examples

Example 1: List all members for a public support channel to display on a dashboard.

Select 'From List' for the Channel parameter to browse available channels.

Example 2: Retrieve members for a private team channel identified by ID.

Select 'By ID' and paste the Channel ID.
