Summary

Retrieve a specific Zoho Cliq message by providing the Chat ID and the exact Message ID within that chat.

Inputs

• Chat ID (required) — Specify the Chat ID that contains the message to retrieve, distinct from Channel ID or Thread ID as each has its own Chat ID.
• Message ID (required) — Provide the exact Zoho Cliq Message ID to fetch, ensuring it is a message ID and not a thread ID.
• Enable AI Error Mode — Optionally enable AI Error Mode to continue execution on errors by returning them as output items instead of stopping the workflow.

Output shape

A single message object containing the details of the retrieved message.

Requires appropriate ZohoCliq.Messages.READ OAuth scopes. Errors by default stop execution unless Enable AI Error Mode is enabled, which outputs errors as items to allow workflow continuation.

Set Chat ID to the chat that contains the target message and Message ID to the exact message identifier to fetch that message's details.
