Summary

Export organization-wide Zoho Cliq conversations with selected fields and optional pagination token for paged results.

Inputs

• conversationFields (required) — Select one or more conversation fields (e.g., title, chat_id, creation_time) to include as columns in the exported data.
• nextToken — Optional opaque pagination token to fetch the next page of results returned by a previous export response.
• enableAiErrorMode — Boolean flag to return errors as output items to continue execution instead of stopping on errors; useful for workflows involving AI tool integrations.

Output shape

a list of conversation records containing the requested fields as columns, with pagination support when a next token is provided

Requires OAuth credentials with Org Admin (Organization APIs) scope and the ZohoCliq.OrganizationChats.READ permission. Only organization super admins can access maintenance/bulk export APIs; calls from non-admin users will fail. Pagination is managed by providing the nextToken from previous responses. Errors can optionally be returned as items if AI error mode is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Export all conversations with title and chat ID fields

Set conversationFields to include 'title' and 'chat_id'. Leave nextToken empty to start from the first page.

Example 2: Fetch subsequent pages of conversation exports

Pass the nextToken value returned from a prior export result to retrieve the next batch of conversation records.
