Summary

Retrieves a list of Zoho Cliq channels with optional filtering, sorting, and pagination.

Inputs

• Level — Filter channels by hierarchy level (External, Organization, Private, Team).
• Status — Filter channels by status (Archived, Created, Pending, or All).
• Joined — Filter by membership state (Joined Only, Not Joined Only, or All).
• Pinned Only — Return only pinned channels.
• Limit — Maximum number of results to return (1-100). Default is 50.
• Order By — Sort channels by Created Time or Last Modified Time (ascending/descending).
• Sync Token — Opaque delta-sync cursor to fetch only channels changed since the previous response.
• Next Token — Opaque pagination cursor from the previous response to fetch the next page.
• Simplify — Return a simplified version of the response instead of raw data.
• Simplify Mode — Choose output format: Simplified, Raw, or Selected Fields.
• Output Fields — Specific fields to include in the output (e.g., channel_id, name, participant_count).

Output shape

A list of items, one per channel.

Supports pagination via Next Token or Sync Token. The 'Simplify' option unwraps the response so each record is its own output item.

Examples

Example 1: Get all channels you have joined.

Joined = Joined Only, Limit = 100

Example 2: Fetch channels created after a specific date.

Created After = [Date], Order By = Created (Descending)

Example 3: Retrieve only pinned channels in the Organization level.

Level = Organization, Pinned Only = true
