Summary

Insert a new record into a specified Zoho Cliq database.

Inputs

• tableName (required) — The unique name of the database (e.g., 'neightntestdatabase').
• createInputMode — Select 'structured' to map fields via the UI or 'raw' to provide a JSON object directly.
• createRecordValuesMapper — Map record values using inferred fields and types from existing records. Visible only when Input Mode is structured.
• createRecordValuesRaw (required) — JSON object for record values. Supports object input or stringified JSON. Visible only when Input Mode is raw.
• enableAiErrorMode — If true, API errors are returned as output items instead of stopping execution. Recommended for AI Tool runs.

Output shape

A list of items, each containing the created record data.

Requires the ZohoCliq.StorageData.CREATE scope.

Examples

Example 1: Create a structured record using field mapping

Select 'structured' Input Mode, choose the database, and map fields using the Resource Mapper.

Example 2: Create a record using raw JSON

Select 'raw' Input Mode, provide a JSON object for the record values.

Example 3: Create a record that continues on error

Enable 'Enable AI Error Mode' to recover from API errors.
