Summary

Retrieve detailed information about a specific Zoho Cliq user identified by their user ID, email, or ZUID.

Inputs

• User (required) — Specify the user to retrieve by their user ID, email, or ZUID. You can select from a searchable list or enter an identifier directly.
• Enable AI Error Mode — Enable to receive errors as output items without stopping execution, useful for workflows involving AI tools.
• Simplify — Choose whether to receive a simplified version of the user data or the full raw response.
• Simplify Mode — When simplifying output, select how to simplify: fully simplified, raw, or only selected fields.
• Output Fields — When using 'Selected Fields' simplify mode, pick which user fields to include in the output; ID is always included.

The output can be simplified or raw based on user selection. Simplified output unwraps response data to make it workflow-friendly. If AI error mode is enabled, API errors are provided as items instead of stopping execution.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve a user by email with simplified output

Set User to the email address mode with the user's email, enable Simplify with 'Simplified' mode selected.

Example 2: Retrieve a user by ZUID with selected fields output

Set User to direct mode with the user's ZUID, enable Simplify set to true, Simplify Mode to 'Selected Fields' and select desired fields like Email and Display Name.
