• since (required) — Start date for the report in date-time format.
• until (required) — End date for the report in date-time format.
• options — Optional parameters to refine the report including entity ID (team, agent, inbox, label), time grouping (hour, day, week, month, year), timezone offset (in seconds), business hours filter, days before to look back (for conversation traffic), and filters by inbox IDs, label IDs, or user ID.
