IT Glue ExtendedInstall

Summary

Lists attachments on a single IT Glue parent record (e.g. a configuration, document, or password), returning either all of them or up to a set limit.

Inputs

• Resource Type (required) — Type of parent record the attachments belong to: configurations, contacts, documents, domains, locations, passwords, flexible_assets, ssl_certificates, checklists, checklist_templates, or tickets.
• Resource ID (required) — ID of the parent record. The node throws an error if it is empty.
• Return All — When true, pages through every result (1000 per page, up to 200 pages) and returns them all. Default false.
• Limit — Maximum number of attachments to return when Return All is off. Sent as page[size]. Default 50, minimum 1.

Output shape

One n8n item per attachment. Each item is the flattened IT Glue record: attributes with keys converted from kebab-case to camelCase, plus id, type, and relationships if present.

With Limit, only a single page is fetched (page[size] = Limit). With Return All, the node errors if more than 200 pages come back, so narrow the scope in that case. If no attachments are found, the node emits one item of the form {found: 0, resource, operation}. 429 rate-limit responses are retried up to 3 times. No filters or include options are available for this operation.

Example 1: List all files attached to a specific configuration.

Example 2: Check the 10 most recent attachments on a document.

Resource Type = Document, Resource ID = 987, Return All = false, Limit = 10
