IT Glue ExtendedInstall

Summary

Retrieves multiple IT Glue checklist templates from the checklist_templates endpoint, either all of them or up to a set limit, optionally embedding attachments.

Inputs

• Return All — When true, pages through all results (1000 per page, up to 200 pages, then errors and asks you to add filters). Defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum number of templates to return, minimum 1, default 50. Shown only when Return All is off; sent as page[size] in a single request.
• Include — Multi-select of related resources to embed. The only option is Attachments, sent as the include query parameter.

Output shape

One n8n item per checklist template. Each item is a flat object with the template's attributes converted from kebab-case to camelCase, plus id, type, and relationships when present.

No filters are available for this resource. If no templates are found, the node emits a single item like {found: 0, resource, operation}. Requests that hit IT Glue's 429 rate limit are retried up to 3 times. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as an item with an error message. Embedded attachments appear under the response's included data, but only relationships is passed through on each item.

Example 1: List every checklist template in the account

Return All = true; Include left empty.

Example 2: Preview the first 10 templates with their attachments

Return All = false; Limit = 10; Include = Attachments.
