IT Glue ExtendedInstall

Summary

Creates a new configuration status record in IT Glue (e.g. "Active" or "Decommissioned") by POSTing to the configuration_statuses endpoint.

Inputs

• name (required) — The configuration status name. Sent as the name attribute in a JSON:API body of type configuration_statuses.

Output shape

A single item containing the newly created configuration status, flattened from the JSON:API response: attributes converted to camelCase (e.g. name), plus id and type, and relationships if the API returned any.

Throws an error if IT Glue returns no data. HTTP errors (401, 403, 429, others) are surfaced as node API errors, and 429 responses are retried up to 3 times. With Continue On Fail enabled, the item outputs { error: message } instead. The status is not scoped to an organization.
