IT Glue ExtendedInstall

Summary

Retrieves a list of IT Glue checklists, optionally scoped to one organization, filtered by name or organization ID, and with related resources embedded. Returns either all matching records or up to a set limit.

Inputs

• Return All — When true, pages through the API (1000 per page, max 200 pages) and returns every match. Default false.
• Limit — Max results when Return All is off (default 50, minimum 1). Sent as page[size], so it returns a single page.
• Filters — Collection with optional Organization ID (filter[organization-id]) and Name (filter[name]). Empty values are ignored.
• Include — Multi-select of related resources to embed: Attachments, Checklist Tasks, Recent Versions, Related Items. Sent as a comma-joined include parameter.
• Organization Name or ID — Organization picked from a dropdown or set by expression. If set, the request goes to organizations/{id}/relationships/checklists instead of the global checklists endpoint.

Output shape

One n8n item per checklist. Attributes are flattened to camelCase keys at the top level, alongside id, type, and relationships if the API returned them.

If nothing matches, a single item {found: 0, resource, operation} is emitted. Included related resources appear only as relationship references on each item, not as expanded records. The Return All run fails if results exceed 200 pages. Rate-limited (429) requests are retried up to 3 times. With Continue On Fail on, errors become {error: message} items.
