IT Glue ExtendedInstall

Summary

Renames an existing IT Glue manufacturer by sending a JSON:API PATCH to manufacturers/{id} with the new name, and returns the updated record.

Inputs

• Manufacturer ID (required) — ID of the manufacturer to update (parameter manufacturerId). The node throws an error if it is empty.
• Name (required) — The new manufacturer name, sent as the name attribute.

Output shape

A single item holding the updated manufacturer. Attributes are flattened to the top level with camelCase keys (e.g. name), plus id and type, and relationships if the API returned any.

Throws if the ID is empty or IT Glue returns no data. API errors (401, 403, 429 and others) are raised as node errors. HTTP 429 responses are retried up to 3 times, honouring Retry-After. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed item yields an item with an error message.
