IT Glue ExtendedInstall

Summary

Retrieves organizations from IT Glue (GET /organizations), optionally filtered by name, type ID, or status ID, and returns each as a flattened item. Can fetch all pages or a limited number.

Inputs

• Return All — When true, pages through every result (page size 1000, up to 200 pages; errors if exceeded, so add filters). Default false.
• Limit — Max number of results when Return All is off. Sent as page[size]; default 50, minimum 1. Only a single page is requested.
• Filters — Optional collection of filters, sent as filter[...] query params. Empty values are ignored. Options: Name (filter[name]), Organization Type ID (filter[organization-type-id]), Organization Status ID (filter[organization-status-id]).

Output shape

One n8n item per organization. Each item has the organization's attributes converted from kebab-case to camelCase (e.g. organizationTypeId, quickNotes), plus id, type, and relationships if present.

If no organizations match, a single item {found: 0, resource, operation} is emitted. Rate-limited (429) requests are retried up to 3 times with backoff. API errors raise a node error unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an item with the error message is output.

Examples

Example 1: List every organization in IT Glue for a sync job

Return All = true, no filters.

Example 2: Find an organization by name

Return All = false, Limit = 10, Filters > Name = 'Acme Corp'.

Example 3: Get all active organizations of a given type

Return All = true, Filters > Organization Type ID = '12345', Organization Status ID = '67890'.
