Summary

Queries Digitalsac for the next assignee in a queue by sending a POST request with the supplied JSON payload. Provide the connection UUID and queue details; the operation returns the API response without transferring a ticket.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the request URL. The operation errors if this field is empty.
• Data (JSON) — Request payload, typically including queueId and method, with optional ticketId and allowOffline. The default is {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}. An empty value is sent as an empty object.

Output shape

A single output item containing the API response as JSON, or one item per entry if the response is an array.

The request is sent to the next-assignee endpoint. If Continue On Fail is enabled, errors are returned as items with an error field.
