Summary

Send an interactive button message via the Digitalsac DigiCrm API to a specified WhatsApp phone number.

Inputs

• param (required) — Connection UUID identifying the recipient to whom the buttons will be sent.
• externalKey — Optional unique identifier for the message to track or reference it.
• buttonTitle (required) — Title string displayed above the set of buttons.
• buttonBody (required) — Main message body text displayed with the buttons.

a single JSON object representing the API response for the sent buttons message

The operation requires the 'param' field to contain the connection UUID; it sends a POST request to the endpoint /v1/api/external/{param}/send-buttons with the message and button data, returning JSON data from the API. Errors are thrown if required fields are missing or JSON is invalid.

Examples

Example 1: Send a buttons message with title, body, and quick reply and URL buttons

Set 'param' to the connection UUID of the WhatsApp recipient. Provide 'buttonTitle' and 'buttonBody' text, recipient phone number in 'buttonPhoneNumber', and define buttons in 'buttonsData' JSON array. Optionally set 'externalKey' to track the message.
