Summary

Send a WhatsApp carousel message to a specified phone number with customizable title, text, footer, and multiple cards containing images and buttons.

Inputs

• param (required) — Connection UUID specifying the chat or recipient context (Parameter field) required to send the carousel.
• externalKey — Optional unique identifier for the message to help track or reference it.
• carouselTitle (required) — Title displayed at the top of the carousel.
• carouselText (required) — Main descriptive text shown in the carousel.
• carouselFooter (required) — Footer text displayed at the bottom of the carousel.
• carouselPhoneNumber (required) — Recipient's phone number with country and area code (e.g., 5511999999999).
• carouselCardsData (required) — JSON array defining the carousel cards; each card includes body text, footer text, an image URL, and one or more buttons with type, text, and (for URL type) the link or (for reply type) an ID.

Output shape

a single JSON object response from the Digitalsac API indicating the result of the send operation

Each execution sends one carousel message per input item. If an error occurs, it throws unless 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, in which case the error is returned in the output JSON. The node requires Digitalsac credentials and constructs a POST request to '/v1/api/external/{param}/send-carousel' with the provided data.

Examples

Example 1: Send a carousel with two cards offering plans with buttons to a WhatsApp user

Set 'param' to recipient connection UUID, 'carouselTitle' to 'Weekly Highlights', 'carouselText' to 'Pick an option from our carousel:', 'carouselFooter' to 'DigitalSac', 'carouselPhoneNumber' to recipient number with code, and 'carouselCardsData' to an array defining the cards (body, footer, image URL, and buttons).
