Summary

Transfers a ticket to a queue by sending the supplied JSON payload to Digitalsac DigiCrm’s transfer-to-queue endpoint.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) — JSON payload containing the ticket ID and destination queue ID; the default is {"ticketId":123,"queueId":1}. If left empty, an empty object is sent. Invalid JSON produces an error.

Output shape

A single response item for each input item, or one item per entry if the API returns an array.

The request is a POST to /typebot/transferir_para_fila. With Continue On Fail enabled, failures are returned as items containing an error message.
