Summary

Transfers a ticket to a destination queue by sending the supplied JSON payload to Digitalsac DigiCrm. Provide the ticket ID and queue ID in Data (JSON).

Inputs

• Data (JSON) (required) — JSON payload containing ticketId and the destination queueId (example: {"ticketId":123,"queueId":1}).

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

Sends a POST request to /typebot/transferir_para_fila. Array responses become separate output items; a non-array response becomes one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as items containing an error field.
