Summary

Retrieve a list of kanban board columns accessible to a specified user, optionally filtering by a specific kanban board ID.

Inputs

• User ID (required) — Numeric ID of the user whose accessible kanban columns are to be listed.
• Kanban Board ID — Optional numeric ID of a specific kanban board to filter the columns. Use 0 to list columns from all kanban boards accessible by the user.

Output shape

A single JSON object containing a legacy "kanbans" string field and an "items" array. Each entry in "items" includes column ID, column name, board ID, and board name. If the user has access to multiple kanban boards, each "kanbans" line is suffixed with the funnel (board) name.

The operation calls the endpoint /typebot/listar_kanbans_v2 with query parameters for userId and optionally boardId. Leaving Kanban Board ID as 0 preserves legacy behavior returning columns of all accessible boards. The response structure includes both a legacy string and a detailed structured array for compatibility.

Example 1: List all kanban columns accessible by user 123

Set User ID to 123 and Kanban Board ID to 0 or omit it.

Example 2: List kanban columns within Board ID 456 for user 123

Set User ID to 123 and Kanban Board ID to 456.
