Summary

Transfer a support ticket to a specified agent by providing the ticket ID and the destination agent's user ID.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) (required) — JSON object containing the ticketId (ID of the ticket to transfer) and the userId (ID of the agent to transfer the ticket to). For example: {"ticketId": 123, "userId": 1}

Output shape

a single JSON object reflecting the API response for the transfer operation

The node sends a POST request to the '/typebot/transferir_para_atendente' endpoint with the specified data. In case of multiple input items, an array of response objects is returned, each paired with its corresponding item. Errors can be handled based on node settings.

Examples

Example 1: Transfer ticket 123 to agent with user ID 1

Set 'Resource' to 'Validation', 'Operation' to 'Transfer to Agent', and 'Data (JSON)' to '{"ticketId": 123, "userId": 1}'.
