Summary

Queries Digitalsac DigiCrm for the next assignee in a queue by sending a POST request. Provide the connection UUID and a JSON payload describing the queue query.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the request path; the operation errors if this is blank.
• Data (JSON) — Request payload, typically including queueId and method, with optional ticketId and allowOffline. Defaults to {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}; blank input is sent as an empty object.

Output shape

One n8n item per response value.

A JSON array response is split into separate output items; a non-array response is returned as one JSON item. With Continue On Fail enabled, request errors produce an item containing an error message.
