Summary

Transfers a ticket to the next assignee by sending the configured JSON payload to the Digitalsac API. Supply the connection UUID and payload for the target queue and ticket, with the optional offline setting.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the API request path; the operation errors if this field is blank.
• Data (JSON) (required) — Request body, with queueId, ticketId, and method; allowOffline is optional. Defaults to {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

Posts to the transfer-next-assignee endpoint. Array responses are split into one output item per entry; a non-array response becomes one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as items containing an error message.
