Summary

Send a formatted interactive list message via WhatsApp to a specified phone number through DigitalSac's DigiCrm API.

Inputs

• param (required) — Connection UUID representing the WhatsApp connection to use for sending the list message.
• externalKey — Optional unique identifier for the message to allow tracking or deduplication.
• listTitle (required) — Title of the list to be displayed in the message.
• listText (required) — Text that appears above the list, prompting the recipient to pick a category or option.
• listButtonText (required) — Text of the button that opens the interactive list on WhatsApp.
• listFooter — Footer text displayed at the bottom of the list message.
• listPhoneNumber (required) — Recipient's phone number including country and area code (e.g. 5511999999999).
• sectionsData (required) — JSON array describing the list sections and their line items, each with titles, descriptions, and rowId values.

Output shape

a single JSON object response from the DigitalSac DigiCrm API indicating success or failure of the message send operation

Includes error details if the operation fails. The node requires the 'param' field (connection UUID) to be set; otherwise, an error is thrown. The sections must be properly formatted JSON; invalid JSON causes an error.

Examples

Example 1: Send a list message to a user

Specify the connection UUID in 'param', recipient phone in 'listPhoneNumber', and configure 'listTitle', 'listText', 'listButtonText', 'listFooter'. Define interactive list sections as JSON in 'sectionsData'. Optionally set 'externalKey' to track the message.
