Summary

Transfers a ticket to the next assignee in a queue by sending the supplied JSON payload to the Digitalsac API. Provide the connection UUID in Parameter and include the queue, ticket, and transfer method in Data (JSON).

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the API endpoint. The operation errors if this value is empty.
• Data (JSON) (required) — JSON request body for the transfer. The declared payload includes queueId, ticketId, method, and optional allowOffline; the default is {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

The operation makes an authenticated POST request. If the response is an array, each element becomes a separate output item; otherwise the response is returned as one item. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as items containing an error message.
