Summary

Transfer an existing ticket to a specific agent using the Digitalsac DigiCrm API.

Inputs

• Data (JSON) (required) — A JSON object including the ticketId (ticket identifier) and userId (destination agent identifier) to whom the ticket will be transferred.

Output shape

a single response object reflecting the API response to the transfer request

Returns the API response as JSON for each item processed. Handles one item at a time with errors either failing the execution or continuing based on node configuration.

Examples

Example 1: Transfer ticket #123 to agent with user ID 1

Set the operation to 'Transfer to Agent' and provide bodyData JSON with ticketId as 123 and userId as 1.
