Summary

Queries Digitalsac for the next assignee in a queue by sending a POST request to the external API. Provide the connection UUID and a JSON payload describing the queue and assignment method.

Inputs

• Parameter (required) — Connection UUID used in the API path; the node errors if this is empty.
• Data (JSON) (required) — Request body, typically including queueId and method, with optional ticketId and allowOffline. The default is {"queueId":3,"ticketId":1201,"method":"S","allowOffline":false}.

Output shape

One or more n8n items containing the API response.

A single response is returned as one item; an array response is split into one item per entry. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item-level error object is returned for failures.
